Shipping and Delivery Policy

To ensure you receive your items promptly and safely, we have established the following shipping and delivery policy. Please read it carefully before placing your order.

1. Processing Time

We will begin processing your order immediately after you place and successfully pay for it.
Standard processing time: Typically 1–3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays).
If you have ordered custom or pre-order items, processing may take longer (please refer to the product page for details).
Note: Processing time refers to the time required for us to pack and hand over your order to the shipping carrier; it does not include shipping transit time.

2. Shipping Methods and Fees

We offer multiple shipping options to meet various needs. Fees may vary slightly based on the carrier’s pricing and are displayed on the checkout page.

3. Shipping Coverage

We support global shipping. However, in rare cases, we may be unable to ship to certain countries or regions due to customs restrictions, shipping bans, or unavailability of logistics services.

4. Tracking

Once your package is shipped, you will receive an email containing a tracking number. You can use this number to check the real-time location of your package on our “Order Tracking” page or the carrier’s official website.

5. Customs Duties and Import Taxes

Customs Policy: We are committed to providing you with a hassle-free shopping experience. Under normal circumstances, any applicable customs duties and import taxes related to your order will be displayed and included in the checkout cost. You do not need to pay any additional duties or taxes upon receiving your order.
Special Circumstances: Due to the unpredictability of customs policies in different countries, if additional costs arise due to temporary adjustments in tax rates, the imposition of duties, or random inspections by customs authorities, such costs must be borne by the buyer. If a package is returned or destroyed because the buyer refuses to pay such unexpectedly incurred duties, the buyer is responsible for any resulting losses and return shipping costs.

6. Delivery and Sign-off

Please ensure your shipping address is accurate. We are not liable for delivery failures or delays caused by incorrect address information.
Most packages are delivered without requiring a signature. If the shipping carrier requests a signature, please cooperate with them or have your designated recipient do so.
Lost or Undelivered Packages: If you have not received your package 10 days after the estimated delivery date, please contact us. We will assist you in tracking the shipment status and, upon confirmation of loss, will reship the item or issue a refund.

7. Explanation of Exceptional Circumstances

Customs Delays: Although we strive to ensure fast delivery, packages may encounter unforeseen delays during customs clearance. We are not liable for delays caused by such force majeure events, but we will do our utmost to assist you in resolving the issue.
Weather or Natural Disasters: Extreme weather or natural disasters may cause logistics disruptions; we will promptly notify you of the latest shipping status.
